From there, we’ll walk you through the next steps, send over our rental management agreement, and schedule a drop-off date. Once your RV arrives, our team gives it a full inspection to ensure it’s guest-ready. After that, you can relax—we handle everything from storage and cleaning to maintenance and rentals. In our program, many RV owners see solid seasonal earnings—motorhomes often bring in $6,000–$8,000+ per season, while travel trailers typically generate $4,000–$6,000+. While income varies and we can’t guarantee exact results, our team is dedicated to keeping your RV booked at competitive rates so you get the most from your investment. At the end of each month, you’ll receive a detailed owner statement showing every rental and payout. Payments are sent quickly—usually through Zelle—so you’re never left waiting.

Our booking software has commercial insurance coverage built in to every rental. You as an owner need to maintain your own personal insurance policy, but there will be supplimental commercial coverage on each and every rental. You don't need to do a thing to your own personal insurance.
When it comes to rentals, guests are responsible for any damage they cause. Every renter pays a security deposit, and we carefully screen and orient them before handing over the keys. To further reduce risk, many of our bookings are delivery-only, so renters never drive or tow your RV. Normal wear or mechanical issues—like an A/C or water pump failure—remain the owner’s responsibility. Our team can handle diagnostics and repairs quickly to minimize downtime, but those costs are billed to you. In the meantime, we’re proactive with maintenance. We routinely inspect tires, grease slides, and check roofs and seals to keep your RV in top condition and earning consistently. With our program, you can trust your RV is well cared for.
